RESULTS
WANDERERS YOUTH 0 STOWMARKET YOUTH 3 - 27/01/10
In sub-zero conditions and on a frozen pitch where surprisingly no broken bones or serious injuries to players resulted, Wanderers came up against formidable opposition in Stowmarket. The opposition proved to have the quality and ran out deserved winners.
WANDERERS YOUTH 5 FRAMLINGHAM YOUTH 0 - 19/01/10
After a long break due to the appalling weather last seen some 30-years ago and the festive period, as fitness levels were going to be brought into question. However, Wanderers put in a good performance to run out creditable winners and move into second in the table.
WANDERERS YOUTH 1 DISS YOUTH 1 - 17/12/09
The first half was credited to the away side failing to capitalise on a number of chances. Having lost in the reverse fixture earlier in the season against the run of play it seemed that fate would replay itself, when the away side broke the deadlock. However, in the dying minutes Wanderers got a late equaliser through Steve Smith.
WANDERERS LADIES 2 CAMBRIDGE RANGERS 1 - 13/12/09
The Wanderettes continue their impressive league form with a win over second placed Rangers. The goals came from Leanne Parker and Sophie Alexander. An unfortunate own-goal denied the clean sheet.
WANDERERS RESERVES 2 WIVENHOE TOWN RESERVES 4 - 12/12/09
One of those games where the home side should have taken control in the first half and built a lead, but, having failed to do so, lost the initiative and ended with a seeming heavy defeat. Sarvio Moore and Sean Caley were the Wanderers' scorers.
FC CLACTON 6 WANDERERS 3 - 11/12/09
Worse than poor Wanderers' defending and bizarre officiating gave the crowd plenty of entertainment but little consolation to the Wanderers faithfull. Tom Dellar converted 2 penalties with Lee Broomfield getting the 3rd.
FRAMLINGHAM YOUTH 1 WANDERERS YOUTH 3 - 10/12/09
Back to winning ways after a couple weeks of having no matches due to waterlogged pitches, the youth team secured all 3-points with goals from Mhembere, Trenter & Smith.
GODMANCHESTER 1 WANDERERS 1 - 28/11/09
Rob Bird secured a point for the travelling Wanderers, their first draw of the season, in a hard fought game in front of a sparse crowd.
WANDERERS LADIES 0 NORWICH CITY 4 - 22/11/09
NORFOLK & SUFFOLK CUP round 2
Despite the best efforts of the weather, the game went ahead and the ladies put in a gutsy performance against much higher opposition. They frustrated Norwich until 24 minutes and kept the result in doubt until the 70th. In the end the visitors' superior fitness won through and they ran out comfortable winners.
WANDERERS RESERVES 6 SOLE BAY UTD RESERVES 3 - 21/11/09
SUFFOLK SENIOR RESERVE CUP round 3
Not the walk in the park that everyone perhaps first thought as, after going 1 up, it was soon 3-1 down and only a last minute penalty, converted by Jamie Tynan, saved Wanderers blushes and saw them through to extra time at 3-3. With Sole Bay down to 10 after the penalty incident, it was plain sailing to the end. Jamie Tynan completed a hatrick, Jamie Duncan got 2 and Sam O'Connor the other.
WANDERERS 1 BRANTHAM 3 - 20/11/09
SUFFOLK SENIOR CUP round 3
After a confident start, the superior footballing skills of their opponents left Wanderers chasing their tails and out of the Senior Cup. Ricky Dunne was the scorer..
HAVERHILL LADIES 1 WANDERERS LADIES 2 - 8/11/09
There is no stopping the Wanderettes with Lauren Richardson and Kayleigh Harwood doing the business again.
GORLESTON 3 WANDERERS 0 - 7/11/09
Still no joy for the 1st team on their travels.
WANDERERS RESERVES 3 FELIXSTOWE RESERVES 3 - 7/11/09
A well deserved and well earned point after twice being two goals down. Sean Caley and Danny Ebanks got their 1st for the club and Felixstwoe helped out with an og.!
WANDERERS 1 WHITTON 2 - 4/11/09
1st division KO Cup
A late penalty decision gives the visitors entry into the next round after Leon Parnell gave the home side a short lived lead. Pleanty of local derby action.
WANDERERS 1 SWAFFHAM 4 - 31/10/09
Another league defeat to take them into double figures. Mo Fike got the consolation goal but better is needed from the whole squad if improvements are to be made.
LONG MELFORD RESERVES 2 WANDERERS RESERVES 1 - 31/10/09
With only one league victory, the Reserves are finding it hard going in this South division this season. Ollie Holmes notched up his first of the season.
NORWICH CITY RES LADIES 0 WANDERERS LADIES 0 - 25/10/09
Unusually for the Wanderettes, a nil nil draw, especially as they have scored 12 in their last 3 games!!
MARCH 1 WANDERERS 0 - 24/10/09
WANDERERS RESERVES 1 BRANTHAM RESERVES 2 - 24/10/09
Steve Double got the goal but a lacklustre performance frustrated the management and lost the game!
WANDERERS 1 WALSHAM 2 - 20/10/09
RIDGEONS LEAGUE CUP round 1
A good performance let down by two defensive errors. No cup glory this season then!
COPLESTONE SPORTS COLLEGE LADIES 0 WANDERERS LADIES 3 - 18/10/09
NORFOLK AND SUFFOLK COUNTY CUP Round 1
Continuing their impressive season, the Wanderettes cruised through to the next round of yet another cup competition. Lauren Richardson with two and Kayleigh Harwood did the damage.
WANDERERS 2 FAKENHAM 1 - 17/10/09
Wanderers were back to winning ways against a Fakenham side pointless at the bottom of the table. Rene Swann and Mo Fike were on target.
HADLEIGH RESERVES 3 WANDERERS RESERVES 1 - 17/10/09
A disappointing result in a game which Wanderers controlled for most of the 90 minutes. Rob Bird scored the 2nd half equaliser to give the visitors a sniff of victory.
HALSTEAD 3 WANDERERS 1 - 13/10/09
Not a happy hunting ground for Wanderers at Halstead, and so it proved again. Rob Forbes was the marksman.

The club achieved the FA Charter Standard in 2006-07.

Most of the hard work involved in achieving this award was done by Mike Downes. This is the first step in carrying out the club's plans for significant ground improvements and to expand into the local community.
